Neha Sharma’s journey began in Deoghar, where a small-town dream gradually grew into a passion for fashion and modelling. Growing up in Deoghar, I never imagined I’d one day wear the Miss Jharkhand crown. Fashion and modelling weren’t really a thing where I came from — there was no local scene, no obvious path to follow. I had to figure most of it out on my own.
What kept me going was my family. Not in some abstract, greeting-card way — they actually showed up for me. When I doubted myself, they didn’t. That kind of backing mattered more than I can put into words when I was trying to do something no one around me had really done before.

The road wasn’t smooth. There were stretches where progress felt invisible, where discipline was the only thing carrying me forward because motivation certainly wasn’t showing up every day. Then in 2020, it all came together — Neha Sharma was crowned Miss Jharkhand, marking a defining milestone in my journey. It didn’t feel like winning a title so much as it felt like finally exhaling after years of holding my breath.
Since then, doors have opened that I didn’t even know existed. But more than the opportunities, the title changed how I carry myself — I walk into rooms differently now.
And now, I’m stepping into a completely new chapter of my life — my entrepreneur journey.

For me, this isn’t just about launching a webapp or starting a business. From standing on a stage with a crown to building a brand from the ground up — this journey feels both challenging and incredibly exciting.

Looking back, I don’t take any of it for granted. A dream from a small town, real effort, a family that never let go of their belief in me — and now the courage to build something of my own. That’s the actual formula behind my story, not some polished quote.
Going forward, I don’t want this to just be about me. I want to open doors for the next generation of talent from Jharkhand — young people who are exactly where I once was, wondering if there’s even a path for someone like them.
